Social Media Management

Your channels, run properly — strategy, publishing, and engagement in one place.

Most brands do not have a content problem. They have a consistency problem. Posts go out in bursts when someone has a spare afternoon, the tone drifts between platforms, and the account goes quiet exactly when momentum was starting to build.

We take the whole operation off your desk. That means a documented channel strategy, a content calendar planned in advance, native publishing on each platform rather than blanket cross-posting, and someone actually reading and replying to what comes back.

You keep full approval rights. Nothing goes live that you have not seen, and you can see the queue at any time.

What You Get

deliverables, specifically

Not a vague retainer. These are the tangible outputs the engagement produces.

Channel strategy document

A written plan per platform covering audience, content pillars, posting cadence, and the specific job each channel does for the business.

Rolling content calendar

Planned and scheduled ahead, with a review window before anything publishes so you are never surprised by your own feed.

Native publishing

Each post formatted for the platform it lands on — aspect ratios, caption length, hashtag conventions, and link handling all differ, and we treat them that way.

Inbox and comment handling

Comments, DMs, and mentions triaged and answered, with anything needing your input escalated rather than guessed at.

Monthly performance review

What moved, what did not, and what changes in the next cycle as a result.

How it runs

what actually happens, and when

No mystery retainer. This is the sequence, from access to steady state.

  1. 01

Weeks 1–2 · Audit and access

We review the last six months of output, competitor cadence, and audience data, then get access set up properly — your accounts stay in your name, we work as assigned users.

  2. 02

Weeks 3–4 · Strategy and first calendar

Channel strategy signed off, content pillars agreed, and the first month of the calendar built and sent for approval before anything publishes.

  3. 03

Month 2 onward · Publish and engage

Native publishing to schedule, comments and DMs handled within working hours, and anything needing your judgment escalated rather than guessed at.

  4. 04

Every month · Review and adjust

A written review of what moved and what did not, and the specific changes going into the next cycle. Cadence and pillars shift based on what the data actually shows.

What It's For

what this is meant to change

Targets we work toward and report against — stated as outcomes, not guarantees.

  • A publishing rhythm that holds steady instead of running in bursts
  • One consistent brand voice across every channel
  • Messages and comments answered instead of accumulating
  • A clear view of which channels justify the effort

Not included

Stated plainly so the scope is clear before anything starts. These sit outside social media management and are either quoted separately or handled by someone else:

  • Paid advertising spend or campaign management — that sits under Paid Media & Advertising.

  • Crisis PR or legal response. We flag issues fast and escalate, but we are not your legal adviser.

  • Out-of-hours community response as standard. If your audience is active overnight, that is scoped and priced separately.

Questions

about social media management

Can I choose only one service instead of everything?

Yes. Services can be taken individually, though they compound when combined. Content production without a strategy behind it, or paid media without conversion tracking in place, will underperform — we will say so during the call if we think a single service is the wrong starting point.

Do you produce the content, or do we supply it?

We produce it. Content production covers short-form video, photography, design, and copywriting. If you already have assets or an in-house team, we work with what exists and fill the gaps rather than duplicating effort.
